Victory International Ministries is a fast growing Ministry in the city of Port Harcourt, birthed by Bishop Ayo Odunayo & his dear wife Rev. Mrs. Yinka Odunayo on 25th December 1992 with the Church arm at Amazing Grace Restaurant, No. 7 Aba Road, near Abali Park. The church later moved to the Rumukalagbor town hall in December 1994 from where she acquired the ten plots permanent site currently housing the Champions’ Cathedral, permanent Office and Champions Int’l School.

CHURCH PLANTING WORK
VICTORY INTL MINISTRIES INC has a four (4) fold mandate from Isa. 58:1-12; to REACH NATIONS, DELIVER CAPTIVES, RAISE FOUNDATIONS, & MAKE CHAMPIONS. In pursuance of this vision, we have successfully planted (16) vibrant and growing branches where lives are being transformed.
MEDIA (TV & RADIO) OUTREACHES
In addition to her church planting work, Victory International Ministries has a Media outreach on Television & radio to millions across many states in Nigeria.
We reach out to millions of Television & Radio audience through our weekly broadcast on RSTV (Tuesdays 10:00 – 10:30am) and 99.1 F.M (Tuesday 10:45 – 11:00am). The impact of these media is amazing as people have not stopped calling in to share their testimonies as well as solicit for prayers, supports and counseling.
VICTORY INTERNATIONAL BIBLE COLLEGE OF MINISTRIES
Since 1995, Victory International Bible College of Ministries (Formerly VIBS) has been training & equipping men and women for the work of the ministries in the following categories:
- Certificate in Christians Ministry,
- Adored certificate in Christian Ministry and Diploma in Christian Ministry.
Starting from 2015, the school has been upgraded into a full-fledged full-time Bible College to award diplomas degrees in missions, Pastoral Ministry, theology and Christian Education, and is running both part-time and full-time programs. SECULAR EDUCATION:– Champions International School
To provide quality secular education with Christian based curriculum, the Victory Int’l Ministries runs a nursery and primary School known as Champion International School. The prototype has been successfully begun at the headquarters since 2009 and is being rolled out to other locations where the church has her branch networks. “At Champions, every child is a winner”.
CRUSADES AND OUTREACHES
Starting from 2015, the crusades and outreaches of the Ministry has been re-organized with the appointment of a crusade director who will lead in the six (6) major crusades planned for Benin (Edo state) Gwagwalada (FCT. Abuja), Oyigbo, (Rivers State) Igwruta (Rivers State), Kaani, (Rivers State) and Rumuekini (Rivers State).
Other possible International outreaches in 2015 include United Kingdom, Canada and Uganda.
VICTORY LIFE FOUNDATION
A foundation is run to provide educational assistance to indigent students and widows in catchment areas of all Churches of Victory International Ministries.
Churches of VIM organize free Medical / Optometric outreaches to communities around the include distribution of free clothes and food to the less privileged.
In addition to the above, special visits are organized to orphanages and prisons to Minister to the lives in cash, kind and with the gospel.
INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY OF THE PRESIDENT AND G.O
The president travels widely ministering and preaching the gospel around the world.
Between 2002 and 2006 while in Malaysia, he and his wife set up a regular family / couples enrichment conferences, women impact seminars, Pastors and Leaders conferences.
He is a regular preacher in conferences in Nigeria, Malaysia, USA, Canada, UK and around the world.
LIFE IMPACT PROGRAMMES AND TRAININGS
We are committed to building a new generation of men and women who love God, give Him quality worship and serve Him wholeheartedly. In fulfillment of this commitment, we are focused in our discipleship trainings and in organizing life impacting seminars and conferences in the city. These include a regular open heaven seminar monthly, an All Believers Conference annually in the month of May and an International Victory Convention in December every Year. We also raise new generation leaders through our Victory International Bible School which runs Certificate, Advance Certificate and Diploma courses in Christian Ministry.
As part of our desire to raise the level and quality of worship in the city, we hosted an INTERNATIONAL PRAISE FESTIVAL in JULY 2009 with leading international and national music ministers including Dr. Ron Kenoly and Dr Panam Percy Paul in training and a worship experience that impacted the city of Port Harcourt. The climax of the meeting was the surprise visit of His Excellency, Rt. Hon CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI, The Governor of Rivers State who joined in publicly worshipping and praising the Lord with Dr. Ron Kenoly and Dr. Panam Percy Paul in a joint ministration.
It is worthy of note that this program provided the platform for the government to connect with and invite both Dr. Ron Kenoly and Dr. Panam Percy Paul to a special Thanksgiving and worship service in November 2009.
SUPPORT TO INDIGENT PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES
We are committed to and known for regular outreaches to dwellers in our catchments area. These include targeted outreaches to meet identified needs of the people as part of our social responsibilities. Some of these targeted outreaches, shown in video clips include.
FREE MEDICAL OUTREACHES, FREE OPTOMETRIC SERVICES AND FREE EYE SURGERY.
We have sponsored several free medical campaigns to reach-out to the indigents in our host communities. During the course of 2009 alone, we provide free optometric services including distribution of over 100 free medical glasses and free eye surgeries in Owerri, Rumukalagbor, Nkpogu, Elekahia, etc.
FREE CLOTHING, FOOD AND TOILETRIES.
We have, through our various churches touched the lives of many indigent people in our church communities as seen in the clips. The communities include FIME in ABULOMA and ELEKAHIA COMMUNITY.
In the last thee (3) years, we have had consistent outreach to widows in our Churches and those living in communities within our church catchments areas, providing them with various food items and supports. During the course of 2009, we networked with the Rumukalagbor Community Development Committee (CDC) to support identified widows from that community.
